Polyurethane injections are common in situations where either cracked, honeycombed (poorly consolidated concrete) or cold pour joints have water actively leaking through, putting equipment, and electronics at possible risk. Structural steel inside the concrete structure could also be at risk of corrosion/failure. Restocrete can offer solutions to water infiltration, whether it is to keep water inside such as cooling towers, or keep water out of pits, vaults and areas necessary to stay dry.

Our technicians can inject different mix designs that will disperse water out of  both small and large cracks, and have the capabilities to expand 30x and higher original volume to fill voids and cavities.

Some areas of success have been;

• Around pipe wall intersects.
• Around the bases of any vaults, pits, elevator shafts below grade areas.
• Outside walls of cooling towers, water storage tanks, waste water tanks.
• Tunnels.
• Construction joints where caulking has failed.
• Foundation walls.
